IER Smart Filtering: When AI reinvents RFID precision

RFID solutions, now ubiquitous, play a central role in tracking objects. A recognized expert in this field, the IER Group strengthens its expertise through its Track & Trace Business Unit (BU). This BU is rolling out a new feature designed to enhance the performance of its equipment: IER Smart Filtering.

RFID technology is involved in every identification and parcel tracking process. Using radio signals, it automates data reading and significantly speeds up logistics operations.

Building on this technology, the IER Track & Trace (T&T) BU is now introducing a major advancement: IER Smart Filtering, an additional feature designed to eliminate unwanted reads.

Launched in early 2026, the solution detects, filters, and removes undesired reads without requiring any additional installation. Equipped with a self-adaptive system based on artificial intelligence, the feature analyzes the most complex data and adjusts to all environments. Moreover, IER Smart Filtering secures tracking data by preventing unwanted reads from disrupting traceability.

Designed for logistics and industrial players seeking to improve the reliability of their operations, the solution integrates seamlessly with all RFID equipment offered by IER T&T, including totems, tunnels, RFID chambers, and cart kits.

With IER Smart Filtering, RFID technology reaches a new milestone in terms of precision and performance!
