Royal Air Maroc has recently embarked into a very ambitious development program, putting the customer at the heart of the company’s strategy and bringing service to the next level. The deployment over the summer of 20 self-service check-in kiosks at Mohamed V airport in Casablanca testifies about the airlines’ commitment towards increased customer satisfaction.
Over the last months, IER has been working very closely with Royal Air Maroc teams and Moroccan ONDA Airport authorities to deploy of a customized IER CUSS solution, allowing the airline to effectively and smoothly process a maximum number of passengers, within a limited footprint. The equipment selected, the IER 919 latest generation CUSS solution, is a completely integrated self-service system that offers unsurpassed processing speed and providing travelers with a friendly and smooth airport experience.
Royal Air Maroc was looking for advance customer services to ensure high availability of the equipment. IER has played an instrumental role in this project, from an auditing and consultancy role to the delivery and on-site maintenance. The “full solution” included project management, a dedicated feasibility study for the implantation of the kiosks, customization of the kiosks to the Royal Air Maroc Brand guidelines and colors, installation, configuration, training, proactive monitoring and on-site maintenance.
« We are proud to have been selected by Royal Air Maroc as a partner to enhance their passengers’ experience at the airport” says Jean-Luc Rauline, IER Vice-President Airports & Airlines Activity.
“This contract with Royal Air Maroc positions IER as a major CUSS supplier in Northern Africa”.
And the partnership with Royal Air Maroc does not stop there. In order to provide a consistent level of service, the airline will roll-out implementation of additional IER 919 kiosks throughout more airports in Morocco in the course of 2017. IER has also recently delivered 20 IER 400 printers to Royal Air Maroc and Royal Air Maroc Handling.
