Designed by EASIER, Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) enable passengers to purchase tickets, top up travel passes, and carry out transactions independently.
Installed in metro systems, railway stations, tram networks, and regional transport systems, TVMs must support multiple payment methods, be accessible to passengers with reduced mobility, operate reliably both indoors and outdoors, and remain in service for many years.
EASIER offers a range of TVMs specifically designed to meet the requirements of transport networks, regardless of their size or operating environment. Built for durability, these machines provide a modern user experience while supporting the main payment methods and essential ticket purchasing and top-up functions. The compact TVM also significantly reduces installation space requirements and, therefore, its overall footprint.
With its compact TVM format, EASIER pursues a simple objective: making access to public transport smoother, more accessible, and more efficient across all types of networks, including buses, trams, metros, and rail services.
The Vending Machines
Standard TVM
EASIER offers standard vending machines that are highly customizable thanks to a modular design and a wide range of hardware components available as standard or as options. Designed to evolve over time, these solutions enable, in particular, an easy upgrade of electronic payment systems.
The interfaces also incorporate accessibility standards, with adapted heights, Braille labels and audio equipment that facilitate use by visually impaired people.
Finally, EASIER adopts an eco-design approach aimed at reducing the environmental impact throughout the equipment’s life cycle.
